We respect that your time is valuable and will do the utmost to meet you at the scheduled time. Should you wish to re-schedule your appointment we would ask you to provide us with no less than 24 hours notice so that we may accommodate other patients.

A written treatment plan will be provided to you after a comprehensive exam.
We are always available to provide information and support, should you have further questions about our recommended treatments for your condition.
If you have Dental Health Insurance we can process your claim electronically “on the spot”. This is done at the end of each appointment via our HICAPS terminal.

We bulk bill for Veterans Affairs patients.

We are preferred providers for HCF and CBHS .
Payment is required on the day of your treatment.
We accept Mastercard, Visa,  EFTPOS and cash payment.
