Research shows that the act of smiling activates neural messaging which benefits your health and happiness.
The good news is that a beautiful smile is within reach, the big breakthrough are veneers.
Veneers, which are generally made of porcelain or of resin. They are custom-designed shells created by Dr. Kaufman on your teeth or at the dental laboratory and later they are bonded to the teeth. They’re great for closing gaps, removing stains, reshaping chipped or over-crowded teeth and changing tooth shape or color. They are permanent and usually require minimal or no work before they go on. That’s a huge breakthrough compared to the veneers dentists were using just a few years ago, when more tooth reductions was needed.
Dr. Kaufman has developed a technique which allows you to see and experience the new look before you make your final decision to have the new smile made. This way you can choose how the teeth will look, examine the smile and make changes that create the smile you desire.
This patient has lost the bone supporting her teeth to gum disease. When the gums have healed, large gaps were formed between the teeth and the previous restorations had to be replaced, as shown in the picture on the left. Dr. Kaufman was able to restore her beautiful smile by creating resin veneers.
