Oatmeal Cranberry-White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter, softened

• 1 cup packed brown sugar

• 1/2 cup white sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 2 cups quick cooking oats

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup white chocolate chips

• 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:

1. Beat butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla for 5 minutes.

2. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture 1 cup at a time.

3. Mix in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

4. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 12–14 minutes at 175°C.

5. These cookies freeze very well, so you can enjoy them later too!
